Labradorite is my favorite gemstone! It's actually the stone that got me into jewelry making! There are many stories in folklore about the origins and meanings of labradorite, but I'll share with you my favorite-   The Inuit people believe the light fell from the Aurora Borealis and became trapped in the stone. An ancient warrior came and struck the stone with his sword, releasing the light back into the sky where we still enjoy it in Northern parts of the world today! This enchanting light is said to be responsible for labradorite's iridescence or "fire". It is excellent for awakening one's own awareness of inner spirit, intuition and psychic abilities. This is a truly magical stone!

Rosewood helps to balance your energies and open the heart chakra. Its also very healing and nourishing. These rosewood beads are considered raw - meaning they have not been polished, waxed, or treated in anyway and are therefor porous, so you can rub essential oils onto the beads for aromatherapy! After oils have been in contact with the wood (this includes oils from the skin), the wood will naturally darken as it is absorbed and the grain will become more obvious.

When using the rosewood to diffuse essential oils, drop the oil onto your fingertips first, then rub the oils onto the beads. Do your best to keep the oils from soaking directly onto the elastic, especially citrus oils, as these can weaken the elastic and make it brittle causing it to eventually break. Unfortunately, this is just the nature of oils and plastic. However, all of my products come with lifetime free repairs! If you feel your bracelet becoming weak or loose, please send it back to me and I will restring it as often as needed at no charge. If your bracelet breaks completely, gather all the beads and send them back and I will restring it no problem as well (but try to get it back to me before it breaks so beads aren’t lost! - if there are only a few beads missing I will do my best to replace them, if there are more than half the beads missing I can replace them for a discounted price!)
