UPDATE: these are just impossible for me to find all the time! I do have the same bead in a classic brass color… it matches all the other brass beads and makes a great addition to any stack!!

These vintage African trade beads are made with brass. And although they are made with brass, they have a beautiful, unique rosy tint to them!

I love to mix metals and layer these with other silver, brass and copper beads! They're beautiful paired with glass, wood, and gemstones as well! Or worn alone, it serves a great staple!

Because the metal is raw and not coated, it will develop a tarnish over time- enhancing its unique characteristics- and because everyone's natural body chemistry is different, will be specific to your piece!
